We are a family-run chain of homestays in Ipoh and we are passionate to provide you with the best homestay or short term rental experience in the heart of Ipoh. We own and run a total of five homestays in Ipoh, which are:

ii) Woolley Ipoh Garden Homestay (since 2014)

iii) Riverside Homestay (since 2015)
iv Istana Homestay (since 2016)
v) Canning Homestay (latest) (since 2017)

Our homestays are listed in major Hotel booking websites such as AGODA and BOOKING.COM and we constantly garner great reviews for providing our esteemed guests with Clean, Comfortable, Conveniently-located and Cheap and Chic accommodations. We call it the 5Cs and that is what we pride ourselves on.

Multiple homestays can be arranged and booked to accommodate large groups (e.g. company's events and weddings). We are proud to present Riverside Homestay, which is a mere 1 minute walk to the four stars Kinta Riverfront Hotel and the latest attraction, Kinta Riverwalk. Be dazzled by an amazing array of beautifully lit LED trees, lamps. bridges along the famous Kinta River. There are also a lot of eateries nearby and within walking distance.

This homestay is located less than 5 minutes drive to the town centre where all of the famous food of Ipoh can be found such as Kong Heng / Tean Chun in Old Town Ipoh, Lou Wong for its famous Chicken Taugeh. Ipoh Parade Shopping Centre is just a 7 minutes drive from Riverside Homestay. Istana Homestay is a new addition to our homestay family, since 2016. It is located just behind Kinta Riverfront Hotel and just 50 metres away from our Riverside Homestay. The distance to Ipoh town is about 3km and to Lost World of Tambun Waterpark is about 15 minutes. It is close to all the major attractions in Ipoh.

This homestay is located less than 5 minutes drive to the town centre where all of the famous food of Ipoh can be found such as Kong Heng / Tean Chun in Old Town Ipoh, Lou Wong for its famous Chicken Taugeh. Ipoh Parade Shopping Centre is just a 5 minutes drive from Istana Homestay. This homestay, with its perfect location, is definitely a good base to start off your eating trip, holiday, business trip, gatherings and get-togethers

At night, you can take a walk along the Kinta Riverwalk just in front of Kinta Riverfront Hotel to enjoy the evening breeze by the iconic river. Marvel at the hundreds of LED trees and brightly lit bridges across Kinta River.
